Advertising Terms

These Advertising Terms apply to businesses, brands, and partners who advertise with NixStar Music, and to visitors who see advertising on NixStarMusic.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

What we offer

NixStar Music may offer first-party placements such as Hero Sponsor, Player Sponsor, video advertising between selected tracks, Featured Partner, and other inventory described on the Advertise page. Packages, rotation, duration, and availability may change.

Future advertising networks

NixStar Music may in the future use third-party advertising platforms, including Google AdSense or similar services. Those services are not installed today. If they are added, optional advertising technologies will run only after the relevant consent where required, and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy will be updated to name the service.

Advertiser content

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ads, claims, logos, and landing pages. NixStar Music may refuse or remove advertising that is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the station.

Visitors

Ads may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Optional advertising cookies stay off until you opt in where consent is required.
